What data we collect

What you give us in the sign-up form: name, business, type of business, city and state, phone, email, what you picked and, if you enter it, your representative's code (so we know who helped you). What you give us in the free check form: business name, city and state, email, whether you want the on-hold sample and, if you enter it, your representative's code. What you tell us when you write or call. And, if we work together, the data your business shares with us to provide the service (for example, your reviews through manager access, videos to caption or the information your receptionist needs).

The free check

We look by hand at what is public about your business (your Google profile and your website). We do not use tools that copy data from Google or other websites.

Calls to our demo line

An artificial intelligence assistant answers. Recording depends on your plan and your state; by default our receptionist does not keep audio recordings. The assistant follows the AI disclosure rules of the caller's state where they apply, and if a caller asks, it is set up to always tell the truth. If your plan includes recordings, we keep them for the shortest time needed (30 days) and then delete them.

What we use it for

To answer you, prepare a proposal, provide and charge for the service you signed up for and pay the commission to the representative who helped you. We do not sell your data. For now we do not send text messages; if we ever offer them, it will be only to people who expressly ask for them, with a way to opt out. If we email you, every message includes how to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need for the service (for example, phone, email, card payments and printing), and when the law requires it.

Customers in other states

We serve businesses all over the United States. Some states have their own privacy laws; where they apply to you, we follow them. [PENDIENTE ABOGADO]

This website

It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The language you choose and the representative code only travel in the link (for example, ?lang=es or ?rep=); they are not saved. The demo call on the home page is an audio file served from this same site: playing it sends no data to anyone else.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop our emails and messages, by writing to hola@riobridgestudio.com.

Qué datos recogemos

Los que nos das en el formulario de inscripción: nombre, negocio, tipo de negocio, ciudad y estado, teléfono, correo, lo que elegiste y, si lo pones, el código de tu representante (para saber quién te atendió). Los del formulario del diagnóstico gratis: nombre del negocio, ciudad y estado, correo, si quieres la muestra de mensaje en espera y, si lo pones, el código de tu representante. Lo que nos cuentas al escribirnos o llamarnos. Y, si trabajamos juntos, los datos que tu negocio nos comparte para prestar el servicio (por ejemplo, tus reseñas con acceso de administrador, los videos para subtitular o la información que necesita tu recepcionista).

El diagnóstico gratis

Miramos a mano lo que es público de tu negocio (tu perfil de Google y tu web). No usamos programas que copien datos de Google ni de otras webs.

Llamadas a nuestra línea de demostración

Contesta un asistente de inteligencia artificial. La grabación depende de tu plan y de tu estado; por defecto nuestra recepcionista no guarda grabaciones de audio. El asistente sigue las reglas de aviso de IA del estado de quien llama, donde se apliquen y, si quien llama lo pregunta, está configurado para decir siempre la verdad. Si tu plan incluye grabaciones, las guardamos el tiempo mínimo necesario (30 días) y luego se borran.

Para qué los usamos

Para contestarte, preparar una propuesta, prestar y cobrar el servicio contratado y pagar la comisión al representante que te atendió. No vendemos tus datos. Por ahora no enviamos mensajes de texto; si algún día los ofrecemos, será solo a quien lo pida expresamente y con forma de darse de baja. Si te escribimos por correo, cada mensaje incluye cómo darte de baja.

Con quién se comparten

Solo con los proveedores que necesitamos para el servicio (por ejemplo, telefonía, correo, cobro con tarjeta e impresión), y cuando la ley lo exija.

Clientes de otros estados

Atendemos negocios de todo Estados Unidos. Algunos estados tienen leyes de privacidad propias; donde se te apliquen, las cumplimos. [PENDIENTE ABOGADO]

Esta web

No usa cookies ni guarda nada en tu navegador. El idioma que eliges y el código de representante solo van en el enlace (por ejemplo, ?lang=es o ?rep=); no se guardan. La llamada de prueba de la portada es un fichero de audio de esta misma web: al oírla no se manda ningún dato a nadie.
